We have kept cows since arriving in France when we first rented a farm. On buying our own property, we were dismayed to discover that our acreage was heavily waterlogged, even during the summer months. Ideal for pigs but unsuitable for our cows. Our cows were then transferred to a friend`s farm near Confolens.

Every year, we collect one or two yearling cattle for processing. This beef is hung for a minimum of 10 days before being cut UK style. We will give 30 days-notice on availability and our pricing. Our pricing will be slightly more than UK beef prices as we incur extra costs in boarding them out. It will be comparative to local beef pricing.
